The Weather Hates Me, or Last Day of Cubs

You know when you have had the rainiest/coldest April in years so you can't do anything with cubs outdoors, so you plan an outdoor cookout at your house so you spend 8 hours cleaning up your back yard/patio and planting flowers only to have it rain all over everything so you have to do it inside in the house you didn't clean at all?  Yeah, me too.

I had set up all the chairs ahead of time, plus the fire-pit and wood.  ALL of it completely soaked.

So we used the fireplace...

And they seemed to think it worked ok.  We ended up using the stove too because only a couple boys could fit around the fireplace at once.

Ella loved having all the boys over, and being allowed to participate in everything with them!
